Adidas Refused to Repair My Beckenbauer Tracksuit After Stitching Came Loose in a Month

The stitching on the knee of the Beckenbauer model tracksuit, purchased from the Adidas Koray Sports Store in Turkey, came loose after about one month. I brought it to the store on August 24th for inspection, but on September 4th, they sent me an SMS saying they could not respond positively to my request and that I could pick up the product from the store. This is the response from the global brand Adidas for an original store-bought product, despite the money spent. If they had at least repaired the seams and sent it back, I would have gained more respect for the brand. Although it won’t matter to them, this will be the last Adidas product I buy.
