Adidas Has Not Been Refunding For 43 Days

The refund process for my two separate orders on the Adidas website, placed on 31.07.23, took an unexpectedly long time. The first order was refunded on 31.08.23, 16 days later, but with one item missing. The second order's refund came on 26.09.23, exactly 43 days later, and it was missing two items. I'm still owed 1437.9 TL for the three missing pieces. Despite reaching out to the call center five times during this period to explain the situation, my issue remains unresolved. It's frustrating that even for an order with two missing items, the refund took so long. My experience with Adidas during this process has been disappointing. Firstly, the Adidas website didn't include an item I added to my cart, and secondly, the installment payment option didn't appear on the mobile app when I tried to resolve the issue. After this ordeal, I've decided not to make any more purchases from Adidas' website, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
