Adidas Turkey Considering The Defective Product As User Error
I purchased Adidas Duramo SL K BLIPNK/FTWWHT/HAZORA [12-k] children's shoes from Korupark Bursa Ayakkabı Dünyası with invoice number 400130660988 dated April 7, 2024. Shortly after using them for a month, I noticed the mesh part couldn't be cleaned (stains wouldn't come out) and the toe area started to tear. When I sent them to Adidas Turkey, they claimed it was due to user error. How can the inability to clean the shoe's own fabric be considered user error? This reasoning is absurd. You know very well that similar issues wouldn't be dismissed as user error outside of Turkey. You also understand the lengthy process it would take to resolve this through the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Board or court. In short, I demand a replacement of the product or a refund. While I don't mind the shoe itself, I am deeply troubled by the injustice I've faced. I will not hesitate to escalate this legally, no matter how long it takes.
