I purchased a pair of athletic shoes from the Adidas store at Yenisahra Optimum Mall on December 6, 2023. After wearing them only 3-4 times, the shoes caused a painful sore on the right side of my foot, just below the ankle bone. I won't even mention the heel part. I have never felt comfortable wearing them. I took them to the store on December 27, filed a complaint, and they were sent for inspection. On January 19, 2024, I received a message claiming it was a user error. Now I ask, how could I have caused damage to the side of the shoe? I'm 40 years old, and I know how to wear shoes very well. It's an unjust accusation to avoid accepting a return. 1700 ₺ is not a small amount, and I never expected this from a brand like Adidas. This is the last time for me.
