you won't believe it, check the photos but the Superstar shoes I ordered showed up all beat up and used. I'm seriously in shock right now. this whole thing has shown me that buying stuff from their website is just not a reliable choice. When I opened the box, I was like, "Oh man, what a bummer." The shoes' soles were like super dirty and totally covered in black grime. so obvious that these shoes had been worn before and they were nowhere near the brand new condition I was expecting. this whole thing just made me super bummed about how crappy the quality control and authenticity of this product is. Plus, the idea of dealing with the hassle of a return is just so discouraging. Returning a product that was totally misrepresented and unsatisfactory is such a pain. such a waste of time for customers.
