adidas Sent Me Used Grand Court SE Shoes With Dirt Odor and Wear Marks

As part of my Grand Court SE Shoe order from Adidas, the product I received was clearly used/worn before, as I noticed upon inspection. There were visible signs of dirt, wear, and deformation on both the inner and outer surfaces of the shoes, as well as abrasion marks on the soles. To make matters worse, the shoes even had a faint odor, further confirming prior use. Finding a note left by the previous user inside the shoebox was a complete blow to the brand’s credibility. I can’t understand how a brand like Adidas could allow this to happen. It is unacceptable and beyond explanation that a returned item would be shipped out as a new order without even bothering to check inside the package.
