Adidas Sneakers Came Back Moldy from Inspection

I wasn't planning to write, but due to the unfair treatment I've received, I felt compelled to share my experience. About 1.5 months ago, I submitted my Adidas shoes to Olivium Adidas for inspection due to a front opening issue. I delivered the shoes in pristine condition. After 10 days, they rejected my claim, citing user error. When I went to pick up my shoes from Olivium Adidas, upon opening the bag, I found the shoes had turned green and molded. I did not submit the shoes in this condition, and I insisted on a reevaluation, submitting the shoes again on November 8, 2023. On December 12, 2023, I received another rejection. Now, not only did you keep my shoes in unfavorable conditions, causing them to mold, but you also exceed the legal 21 business days for a response and still reject my claim. I ask, is your conscience clear? Then you suggest I take legal action.
