My Adidas Nora Sneakers Faded in 5 Months and My Claim Was Rejected in 1 Hour

I purchased a pair of Adidas Nora sneakers in September, and within just 5 months, the color noticeably faded—something that should never happen with a quality athletic shoe. I took good care of them and wore them under normal conditions, yet the fading was significant enough to ruin the appearance of the shoes.

I sent them in for inspection, expecting Adidas to stand behind their product. To my shock, I received a rejection message less than an hour after they received the shoes—as if there was no serious inspection at all. The product was simply returned to me without a proper explanation.

I am requesting a thorough re-evaluation of the product and a full refund or exchange. A color fade in less than half a year is not acceptable for a product at this price level (₺). It clearly indicates a quality issue, not user error.
