adidas Football Boots Fell Apart in 3 Months but Warranty Blamed User Error
I purchased a pair of football boots for my son from Maltepe Park Adidas, but after just three months, the front right side began to separate, and the inner lining at the heel ripped. I submitted my items for inspection, hoping for an honest assessment, but they came back stating that the damage was a result of user error. Since my son only utilized them for standard training, this explanation was confusing. I’ve returned them once more for another evaluation and am now awaiting a response. If I had bought them from a local store, he probably could have worn them for a longer time. I expected more from Adidas, but this experience has left me doubting their quality and customer service. A reputable brand like Adidas ought to support its products and address legitimate concerns rather than brushing them off.

A negative response came from the review. Adidas again? Never.
There has been no development; they only called once a month and said they would resolve the issue as soon as possible, doing nothing else. I initiated the seizure process 4 months ago. We'll see!
