Adidas Copa Pure Elite Fell Apart After 2 Uses
I paid ₺11,750 for a pair of Adidas Copa Pure Elite cleats expecting premium quality. Shockingly, after just two uses, the shoes literally fell apart. We’re not talking about minor wear—these cleats came apart like they were stitched with threadbare string.
They were only worn on a standard grass field, used in normal match conditions. The only contact they faced was with the ball and opposing players—exactly what a football boot is designed for. And yet, when I sent them in for inspection, Adidas had the audacity to blame me for the damage and label it “user error.”
How is that even possible? Are these cleats made of paper? At this price point, this kind of poor durability is unacceptable. Adidas should not be charging ₺11,750 for a product that disintegrates under normal conditions and then refuse to take responsibility.
I demand a proper investigation and either a full refund or a replacement. Adidas, stop ignoring real issues and start standing behind your products. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in your brand. Fix this now.
