adidas Copa Pure+ Elite Had Leather Peeling in Less Than a Year

The leather on the seam areas of my Adidas Copa Pure+ (Elite) football boots has started peeling off, and I want to emphasize that it is specifically from the leather seams. Despite using the boots only a few times, I encountered this issue and sent them back to the store where I purchased them. After being sent for inspection, I just received the result, and they claimed it was a user error. Experiencing such a problem before even reaching a full year of use was shocking. I always thought Adidas was a more durable and reliable brand, but I was wrong. I decided to write here first to seek a solution, but if I do not receive any resolution, I will not hesitate to take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Considering the high price paid for an elite football boot, I am determined to pursue this issue to the end.
