I bought the Acer Extensa 215 laptop around 2 years ago. It was working fine until yesterday. Yesterday, while I was working on the computer, it suddenly turned off and I noticed a strange smell of something burnt and metallic. Back then, the laptop wasn't plugged into the charger. I didn't see any obvious damage to the computer. There was no water damage or any signs that liquid had come into contact with it.
I tried reaching out to Acer customer service, but they kept transferring me to different phone numbers without being able to help me solve my problem. I need someone to check out and fix my computer.
