Unexpected Failure of Acer Nitro 5 – Just Out of Warranty

"I am sharing the situation as of today, November 11. Vatan says that they do not have the model in stock, but they have a display product available. They say they can give it to me if I accept it. I did not accept it as a return or a display product. As my legal right, I requested an exact replacement, and if it's not in stock, an upgrade to a higher model. We communicated this to Vatan Computer via email. The manufacturer, Acer, did not accept this. The authorized service gives a legal decision for replacement in the RMA report, yet Acer does not accept it. When I emailed the authorized place, they told me to discuss it with your seller, the importer Index company. In other words, they are all avoiding responsibility and stalling through each other. Since these issues were not resolved, I have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court today. I believe that the court will decide for an exact replacement.
