I bought an Acer Nitro 5 laptop exactly 2 years and 1 month ago, and it came with a 2-year warranty. While the laptop was just sitting idle, I suddenly heard a clicking sound from it, and then it shut down and never turned back on. Do they manufacture these laptops to last only 2 years? It’s oddly suspicious that the device failed just one month after the warranty expired. I took good care of the laptop and never pushed it beyond normal usage. The timing of this failure feels more than just a coincidence. I’m not satisfied at all.
