Damage Occurred to the Asus Zephyrus G14 Laptop During Repair
I bought an Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop in June 2023. In early December, it just stopped working out of nowhere while I was reading an article. It had this weird burnt smell too. I contacted Asus support and they told me to send it to the service center using UPS. I really need the laptop for my schoolwork, so I made sure to let UPS know that it's fragile. Two days later, someone from Asus called and said that the laptop was broken because UPS mishandled it. They showed me some shocking pictures as evidence. Asus told me that I needed to file a report with UPS before they could continue. Even though I asked for a quick response, it's been a whole week and there's still no solution. The Asus customer service is not responding, and I'm stuck in a really frustrating situation. Neither Asus nor UPS seem to care, so now I'm stuck without any help. Even though they're supposed to be working together, I'm the one left dealing with the mess afterwards. I want to know what's going on with my laptop!
