Acer Service Returned My Computer with a Burned Component After Maintenance



I sent my Acer computer, which I purchased a year ago, to the authorized service center for maintenance. When it was returned to me, I noticed that one of the components inside was burned! There was no such issue when I sent the computer, but it came back in this condition after the repair. Upon receiving the computer, I first checked to ensure it was working. Later, when I opened the case to inspect the work that had been done, I discovered the burned component. It is unbelievable that the authorized service center, which I trusted to handle my device, returned it with such a serious issue.
