Acer Nitro RG271P 27" 165Hz 1ms (2xHDMI+Display) FreeSync Full HD Monitor Malfunctioning

On March 26, 2021, Acer Nitro RG271P 27" 165Hz 1ms (2xHDMI+Display) FreeSync Full HD ips LED Monitor um. HR1EE. I ordered a P01 Brand monitor. i used it for about 1 - 1.5 years, distortions started to occur at the bottom of my screen, the first few days it did it at 165 hz, and then when it started giving the same problem at 144 hz, I contacted the bozan technology on November 11, 2022 and asked for authorized service assistance. The change took place in about 1 month, the check-in time was a little painful, the different processing time looked different, thankfully I got it in about 1 month (the reason I was kept waiting was said to come from abroad). I used it for 1 year after the part change and the same problem occurred again. First, I wrote to the Acer authorized service, but they informed me that I would be charged due to the warranty period, so I contacted bozdan technology and asked for help, but the same things were written, and the last email I sent did not receive a response despite the passage of 1 week. The product that I had part replaced gives the same problem again, which is not considered a user error, if it was considered not to be covered by the warranty, which is not a damage or impact on my screen, it broke down for no reason. I think my product is included in the scope of the shameful product and I would like to do what is necessary.
Based on this complaint of mine and my efforts to reach Acer, nothing has happened for 6 months. I bought Acer considering its reasonable price and the features mentioned in the description, but despite the screen having a chronic issue, no solution has been provided and no contact has been made.
