Viewsonic Faulty Monitor And Non-Responsive Customer Service




I had been using the Viewsonic VX2728J 27" 0.5 MS 180 Hz 2xHDMI+DP FreeSync Premium FHD IPS LED Monitor, which I purchased from n11.com on 24/02/2024, for a few months without incident, until recently, when a horizontal line appeared on the taskbar. (I've used two units since I first purchased them. There are also dead pixels, but I didn't worry about them either. I didn't mind this line that appeared and disappeared from time to time because it didn't interfere with my use. After that, horizontal lines began to appear on the top of the monitor while the PC was turned on, so I filed a case with Viewsonic customer service via e-mail. (By the way, these lines continue when I unplug the PC connection cable, so they are unrelated to the PC.) Even after 25 days, I have not received a response. I called customer service and waited for 10 minutes, but no one responded. I've been shopping online for years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a subpar customer service network. You do not have an interlocutor. There is no official technical service where you can send your product. Despite having a warranty, I am forced to continue using the defective product. Very bad experience.
