On July 31, 2025, I deposited ₺10,000 into my 1win account (ID: 87681678) via bank transfer. Even though 15 days have passed, the money has still not been credited to my account.
At first, I was asked to provide a video proof of the transfer, which I submitted. Then, I was required to send a bank receipt, which I also provided without delay. After that, they demanded a full bank account statement, even though the transaction details and deposit amount were already clear. It feels like the process is deliberately being prolonged.
Previously, when I faced a similar issue, it was resolved within the same day. This time, however, customer support keeps stalling by saying things like “it will be resolved within one day” or “within a week,” yet nothing has been fixed.
I demand that my ₺10,000 deposit be either credited to my account immediately or refunded to my bank account. I have submitted all required documents, and my patience has run out. My case needs urgent attention, and I expect 1win to resolve this without further delays.
I request an immediate solution and the return of my funds.
