I deposited ₺10,000 into my 1win account, but even after nearly 35 hours, the funds have not been credited. I provided all the necessary transaction details, including receipts and confirmation of the transfer, yet I have not received any resolution or even a response from the platform.
Despite transferring the amount to the bank account provided by 1win, my deposit remains unaccounted for. I have shared the transaction receipt and all communication details to clarify the issue, but nothing has been resolved. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate action to credit the amount to my account or refund it to me. Please address this matter urgently.
