On November 9, 2025, I placed an order on stanleytermosturkiye.com for approximately $77, paying by credit card in euros. I received an email from [email protected]
confirming that my order was successfully created, which included an order tracking number. Shortly afterward, I received another email directing me to a site called Track718, where I was told I could track my shipment with tracking number AX1000839420CD.
Although the tracking link appears to show regular shipment updates, I never received any of the products, and no delivery attempt was made. In fact, even though the system shows the status as “delivered” as of December 5, no package was delivered to me and no courier came to my address. Despite trying to contact the website and the provided email address, I was unable to reach a real representative. My order is still missing, and due to everything I’ve experienced, I have completely lost trust in this website.
Additionally, about 10 days after making the payment, I noticed another attempt to charge my credit card in euros. For security reasons, I had to cancel my credit card. This strongly suggests that my card details may have been compromised while shopping on this site. Since I paid for the order but never received any products, the tracking system shows misleading delivery information, and there was an unauthorized charge attempt on my card, I am demanding a full refund of the $77 I paid. If necessary, I will pursue legal action with all relevant records related to this incident.
