On July 21, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺1,000 from the 1win Casino section to my bank account via wire transfer. Even though 25 days have passed, the payment has still not been made.
This is not the first time I have faced such a problem with 1win. Previously, I had a similar issue where my withdrawal was delayed for 15 days before it was finally processed. This time, however, the situation is even worse. Each time I contact customer service, I only get the same repetitive response: “Please wait, your request is pending.” No proper explanation or timeline is ever provided.
What frustrates me most is that the ₺1,000 was already deducted from my 1win account balance, but nothing has been credited to my bank account. There was also no information given about any commission, deductions, or technical issues. My user ID ends with 325330.
I am extremely disappointed with this lack of transparency and accountability. I request that my ₺1,000 winnings be deposited into my bank account immediately and that 1win ensures such delays do not happen again.
I demand urgent resolution of this withdrawal issue.
