I am writing regarding two unresolved payment issues on my 1win account that have caused serious inconvenience and loss of trust in your platform.
First, I made a deposit of INR 5,000 via bank transfer which was not processed and has not been refunded back to my account, even though it has already been 4 days. For this issue, you only provided me with ticket number PAYVIP-1078723, but there has been no real update or clear resolution time.
Second, I requested a withdrawal of INR 17,000 via bank transfer from India on 13 December. This withdrawal has been pending for 2 days, even though it was supposed to be completed within 24 hours. For this, I received another ticket number, PAYVIP-1087234, again with only automated responses and no concrete timeline or proper support.
I find it unacceptable that an international firm like 1win is unable to handle such basic processes as deposits and withdrawals smoothly, and that there is no clear communication or resolution time provided. I request that my INR 5,000 unprocessed deposit be either credited properly or fully refunded, and that my INR 17,000 withdrawal be processed and credited to my bank account immediately. I expect a prompt and clear response with confirmation that both amounts have been successfully transferred.
