1win Withdrawal Successfully Complete, But Not Credit in My Bank
I am writing regarding an issue I faced with a withdrawal on the 1win platform, specifically from the Aviator game balance. Around one week ago, I requested a withdrawal of 6,600 INR to my Union Bank of India account. In my 1win account, this withdrawal is still shown as “successful,” but the money has never been credited to my bank account. Despite seeing the status as completed on 1win, my Union Bank of India balance has not increased, and there is no corresponding credit entry. I have already contacted 1win support and clearly explained that my withdrawal is marked as successful, but I have not received it in my bank. However, they have not responded to my complaint. I also have the transaction details and a screenshot showing that the withdrawal is marked as successful on 1win. I request that my missing withdrawal of 6,600 INR be investigated urgently and either immediately credited to my Union Bank of India account or reversed back to my 1win balance. I also expect a clear explanation in writing as to why the withdrawal is shown as successful when no money has reached my bank account.
