1win 5000 INR Withdrawal Marked Successful But Not Credited

I am writing to report a serious issue I am experiencing with 1win regarding a betting withdrawal that is marked as successful but has not been credited to my bank account. On 2 December at around 10:00 pm, I requested a withdrawal of approximately 5,000 rupees via bank transfer to my Union Bank of India account. In my 1win account, the transaction shows as successful, but the money has still not reached my bank. This is not the first time I have faced this issue with 1win. A similar problem happened to me earlier, and in that case the money only returned to my 1win account after about 7 days. I then withdrew again, and now the same problem has occurred once more, which is very frustrating and makes me lose trust in the platform. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but they did not provide any helpful solution or clear explanation. I am left without my funds even though the withdrawal is shown as completed on your side. I request that 1win immediately credits the 5,000 rupees to my Union Bank of India account, or otherwise resolves the situation without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this keeps happening so that I can use the platform without constant concern about my withdrawals.
