1win Didn’t Credit My PhonePe UPI Deposit - Support Gives No Answer

Today at around 12:15, I made a UPI payment of 300 INR via PhonePe to deposit into my 1win account, but the amount has not been credited. The payment went through successfully on my side, and the transaction shows as completed in PhonePe with the UPI transaction ID T2512060015126276198870. After noticing that the balance was not updated in my 1win account, I contacted 1win customer support. However, I did not receive any proper or clear response regarding the status of this payment or when it would be resolved, which has left me very dissatisfied. I request that the 300 INR for this specific UPI transaction be immediately credited to my 1win account, and that I be informed clearly once the balance has been updated.
