On November 28, 2025, at 14:56, I deposited $48 into the 1win gaming site using İş Bankası. Since my last name had changed due to marriage, I unintentionally made the payment using my new last name registered at the bank—just as I had done before—without realizing it. However, the amount never appeared in my 1win account. The transaction was made for my account with user ID 315031134 and username “ylwses.”

As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried explaining the situation repeatedly through live support for days. I cannot reach an actual representative and constantly receive automated responses. They asked me to send the payment receipt, and although I have submitted it multiple times, I still have not received any real response. On top of that, because I kept contacting them, I even received messages that felt like threats, warning me that my account might be closed.

I request that the $48 I sent via İş Bankası be immediately deposited into my 1win account (ID 315031134 / username “ylwses”) or fully refunded to my bank account without any deductions. I want to emphasize that this unresolved issue has caused me significant inconvenience for days, and I expect a clear and prompt solution.

The problem still hasn't been resolved. Just tell me that you won't give it, that you're not interested, that you won't refund, I've been waiting for an answer from you for days. So you asked for all the information; I provided everything completely, no matter how many times it happened, but put an end to this or prevent such incidents in the system. In the end, even if you refund the money, we still somehow give it back to you. The problem hasn't been resolved even though months have passed. Personally, I'm sorry on your behalf that you have a site like this, claiming to be trustworthy and trying to earn people's confidence and attract more customers, yet for such small details your name and your site's reputation are being tarnished and you're not providing trust. It's obvious you won't fix the problem; this is neither the first nor the last time—you've done the same thing four times. I'm sending you the receipt, sending the information, no solution is being produced, we are directing people to other sites, I'm sad.
