I Face Missing 1win Withdrawal of ₺55,000 Via IBAN Despite Status Showing Approved

On July 30, I requested a withdrawal of ₺55,000 from my 1win account using my IBAN number. The transaction is still showing as “approved” in the application, yet after around 40 days, the money has not been deposited into my bank account. I checked my account statements repeatedly, but no transfer has ever been received. In the past, I used the same withdrawal method without any issues, which makes this situation even more concerning.

Throughout this period, I contacted 1win customer service multiple times. However, each time I was only told to “wait” without being given a concrete explanation or solution. Apart from one email acknowledgment, no real update has been provided, and my funds remain missing.

I am demanding that my ₺55,000 withdrawal be credited to my bank account immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and my grievance must be resolved urgently. I expect 1win to take responsibility, process the transfer without further excuses, and ensure that other users do not face similar issues in the future.
