1win Withdrawal Issue - Money Missing

On October 12, 2025, I requested a rs 14000 withdrawal from my 1win account to my İş Bankası account. My user ID is 330431***. Even though the withdrawal request shows as successful on the site, the money has still not been deposited into my bank account. When I contacted 1win customer support, I was told that I would receive my money within 48 hours. However, that time has already passed and no payment has been made. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has caused me serious inconvenience. I am requesting that my money be deposited into my bank account immediately, or alternatively, that the amount be refunded back to my 1win balance.
