When I contacted 1win customer support, I was told that I would receive my money within 48 hours. However, that time has already passed and no payment has been made. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has caused me serious inconvenience.
I am requesting that my money be deposited into my bank account immediately, or alternatively, that the amount be refunded back to my 1win balance.
