1win Deposit Stuck – Support Keeps Saying to Wait

On October 8, I deposited ₺1,005 into my 1win account using the bank transfer method. My transaction number is pmnt-**. I was told the issue would be resolved within 7 days, but 8 days have already passed, and the funds still haven’t been credited to my account.

I’ve experienced similar problems before, but they were eventually resolved. However, in this case, there has been no progress at all.

I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, but they keep telling me to wait without offering any real help. The money hasn’t been added to my account, and no refund has been issued either.

I demand that the ₺1,005 I deposited be immediately credited to my 1win account or refunded to my bank account without further delay.
