Approximately nine months ago, I purchased a Dyson Airwrap ID directly from Dyson at a high price. From the very beginning, I encountered a recurring problem where the device shuts off on its own during use. Because of this issue, I have sent the product to Dyson’s central service three separate times. Each time, the device was returned to me with the note that “no fault was found,” yet when I continued to use it, the same problem persisted. After the most recent service return, I also noticed a visible dent and deformation on the filter section of the device. In other words, not only was the technical problem left unresolved, but the product was also returned to me in a physically damaged condition. From a brand that positions itself as premium and follows a high pricing policy, I would expect a far more careful, attentive, and customer‑oriented approach, especially during the service process. I would like to add that I have experienced a very similar service and resolution process with another Dyson product in the past. This shows me that what I am going through is not an isolated case and has further damaged my trust in the brand. Encountering similar issues with more than one product has almost completely eroded my confidence. Throughout this process, I have repeatedly dealt with the same problem, lost time, and received the same “no issue found” response from service. Additionally, when I contacted customer service by phone, I was disappointed by the condescending and unprofessional tone of the responses I received. All of this has seriously undermined my trust in Dyson and has become a significant source of inconvenience for me. At this stage, my clear expectation is that my Dyson Airwrap ID, which is still under warranty, be replaced with a new and fault‑free product, that the physical damage to the filter area created during service be taken into account, and that I receive a sincere apology for the unprofessional service and customer relations I have experienced. I request that this matter be handled urgently and that a definitive, satisfactory resolution be provided without further loss of time.
