Three days ago, I made deposits of ₺5,000 and ₺975, which were confirmed but never credited to my account. Yesterday, I made another deposit of ₺5,000, but again, none of the transactions were reflected in my account. Today, I was told by the system that there are no pending payments. Customer service continues to tell me to wait 24 hours, but after three days, I still haven’t seen any resolution.
