I made a deposit on 1Win, but in the transaction details, it was marked as "unsuccessful." Meanwhile, I had only used the other two payment methods for simple in-and-out transactions. When I contacted customer support, they told me to wait 24 hours without providing any real assistance.
If depositing money is already this problematic, I can't imagine how difficult it must be to withdraw funds. It seems like withdrawals could take a month or even longer, or worse, they might not be processed at all.
This experience has completely shaken my trust in 1Win. I expect a prompt resolution to my deposit issue, and I demand transparency in both deposits and withdrawals. Fix this immediately!
