I am incredibly frustrated with the deposit process on 1win. A transaction I made four days ago is still pending, and there’s no clarity on when it will be resolved. Despite providing proof of payment (receipt), I’ve only received generic responses claiming the issue is "not resolved yet."
To make matters worse, I tried depositing again, and they promised it would be processed within 24 hours. Why should I have to wait this long to access my own money? This delay is unacceptable, and the lack of clear communication makes the situation even more frustrating.
I expect immediate action to credit my funds and a better system to handle deposits in the future. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
