I recently created a new 1win account with the ID 332430263 on January 11, 2026, in India, in order to make a withdrawal. When I tried to complete the verification process on the same day, it failed with the message “multiple accounts found.” Because of this error, I am currently unable to verify my account or withdraw my funds, and a balance of 2,400 is now blocked.
After receiving this message, I contacted 1win customer support. They informed me that, according to their rules, only one account is allowed per person and that multiple accounts are not permitted. However, they did not provide any clear or practical solution on how I can complete my verification and access my funds under these circumstances.
With this complaint, I respectfully request that verification be successfully completed on my current 1win account with ID 332430263 and that my withdrawal for the blocked balance of 2,400 be processed. If there are any other accounts linked to my personal details, I request that those accounts be closed, leaving only this current account active, so that I can continue using the platform in compliance with your rules without losing access to my money.
