However, when I tried to complete the verification process on 02/01/2025, the verification failed, and I received the error message stating “multiple accounts found. Because of this, I am currently unable to verify my account or withdraw my money. After seeing this message, I contacted 1win customer support, and they informed me that, according to their rules, only one account is allowed per person and that multiple accounts are not permitted. Despite this, they did not provide a clear solution on how I can complete my verification and access my funds in this situation. My issue is currently associated with the reference number 339824671, which was given to me by support. With this complaint, I kindly request that my verification be successfully completed on my current 1win account and that my withdrawal of 3,330 be processed without further delay. If there are other accounts linked to my personal details, I request that you close those accounts and keep only my current account active so that I can use the platform in accordance with your rules without losing access to my money.
