1win Withdrawal Blocked Due To Multiple Account Verification Issue

I am a 1win user from India with Gaming ID 342393810, and I am facing a serious verification issue that is preventing me from accessing my own funds. During the verification process, the system claims that there are multiple accounts in my name and, because of this, I am currently unable to withdraw my balance of 30,226 Rs. This problem began on 27 December 2025, when I attempted to complete the verification process and make a withdrawal. Since that date, every withdrawal request has been blocked with a “multiple accounts” notice, even though I only want to use my main account and access the balance I have legitimately accumulated. I contacted 1win customer support and clearly explained that I am unable to withdraw due to the multiple accounts warning. The only reply I received was that they cannot do anything about it, and I was not given any concrete solution, clear explanation, or further guidance on how to resolve the situation. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that any technical or verification errors regarding multiple accounts be corrected, and that my main account be verified properly. I also request that my balance of 30,226 Rs be unlocked and that I be allowed to withdraw my funds without any further delay.
