1win IMPS Withdrawal Delayed Over 24 Hours And Still Not Credited

I am writing to report a problem with my withdrawal on 1win. I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 Rs via IMPS on 5th December, and even after more than 24 hours the amount has still not been credited to my account. I contacted 1win customer support and was only told to wait, without any clear explanation for the delay or a definite time frame for when I will receive my money. This situation is causing me concern, as the amount is important for me and IMPS is normally a fast payment method. I request that my 10,000 Rs withdrawal be processed on a fast track basis and credited to my account as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly once the transaction is completed.
