10 Minute English Attempts Annual Charge After Same-Day Cancellation

I downloaded the 10 Minute English app through the App Store on June 1, relying on the “free trial” offer, and signed up solely to try the service. However, I canceled the subscription immediately on the same day. Despite this, the app now appears to be treating my account as though I had started a paid annual subscription and is attempting to charge me for it.

I am currently seeing a “billing/payment issue” warning in the App Store, and the system is attempting to charge my card for an annual subscription. I have already deleted the app, I am not using the service, and I never intended to start a paid annual subscription in any way. The entire process was limited to trying the free trial and then canceling it immediately on the same day.

The order number shown in the App Store is MM9Q7DMXDK. I absolutely do not accept being charged an annual subscription fee despite having canceled the free trial on the same day. I request that the annual subscription be completely canceled and that no subscription fee be charged to my card under any circumstances.
