10 Minute English Charged Me for a Year During Free Trial
I subscribed to 10 Minute English expecting to use the 1-week free trial they advertised. But instead of giving me a trial period, they immediately charged me the full price for a 1-year subscription—without any clear warning or confirmation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate trick. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times, but I’ve been ignored. Let me be clear: I want my money refunded immediately. If they continue to refuse, I will escalate this to the Consumer Arbitration Board. This kind of treatment is shameful. I will never use this app again, and I strongly warn others to stay away. Apps like this should not be allowed to operate this way.
