10 Minute English Took Money During Free Trial and Won’t Let Me Cancel
I signed up for 10 Minute English to try the app during the free trial period, but to my shock, it automatically withdrew money from my account before the trial was even over. I never approved this charge. After realizing the app didn’t meet my expectations and wasn’t what I was looking for, I decided not to continue. But canceling the membership has been impossible—there’s no clear way to cancel, and support is completely unresponsive. I don’t want to use this app, I never authorized a full subscription, and now I’m left without my money. I demand an immediate cancellation of my membership and a full refund. This kind of deceptive behavior should not be allowed.
