10 Minute English Charges $66 After Free Trial Ends

I was using the 10 Minute English mobile app under a free trial. However, when the free trial ended, my subscription was automatically renewed without any notification or explicit consent from me, and approximately $66 was charged to my card this morning.

I did not see any clear or prominent information within the app stating that the subscription would automatically renew at the end of the free trial or that my card would be charged. This has made me feel as though I was charged without being properly informed or giving my consent.

After the payment was taken, I canceled my subscription through the app and also contacted the company by email to explain the situation. However, I have not received any response so far.

I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled and that the approximately $66 charged to my card be refunded to me in full as soon as possible. I also expect the company to ensure that no further charges are made to my card.
