On 12.09.2025, I attempted to purchase a VIP Package in the Bus Simulator Ultimate game on my Android device. I made a total of five payment attempts using my credit card, and each time the payment was processed, but immediately after I received an “Error 404 application error” message. Despite the charges being deducted from my card, the VIP Package was never credited to my account.
During the transactions, I did not receive any invoice, order number, or confirmation code, which makes the situation even more problematic. After noticing the issue, I tried several troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the game and restarting my phone, but nothing resolved the problem.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a failure, and it has left me both financially and emotionally frustrated. Since I live in Kütahya, I currently have no direct support option, and I have not yet received help from in-game support or customer service.
I am requesting a full refund for the unsuccessful purchases and an urgent fix to ensure that such payment and delivery errors do not happen again. I expect my issue to be resolved quickly and transparently.
