I Face Password Reset Code Not Sent Issue in Bus Simulator Ultimate
I play Bus Simulator Ultimate and today I attempted to reset my password using my email address y************@gmail.com**. Despite multiple attempts, no reset code was delivered to my inbox. I checked my spam folder, tried from different devices, and even repeated the process several times, but the code never arrived.
This is not the first time I have experienced this problem. Since I have made in-game purchases linked to this account, being locked out without a way to reset my password is causing me serious inconvenience and frustration.
I request that the developers urgently fix this password reset code delivery issue and provide me with access to my account again. A prompt resolution is necessary so I can recover my account and continue using the purchases I paid for.
