I Face “Access Denied” Error in Bus Simulator Ultimate Career Mode on Android

I play Bus Simulator Ultimate on my Android device, and today I encountered a serious issue that prevents me from playing the game. When I log in and click on Career Mode, after completing the necessary steps, I constantly receive an “access denied” error. This problem happens every single time I try to enter, and I am completely unable to access the game.
I have already confirmed that I am using the latest version of the app, and I have not made any in-app payments or created any additional accounts. Despite this, the error persists, and I have not been able to find a solution on my own. I also have not yet contacted customer support, but I feel this issue is widespread and should be addressed immediately.
This situation has left me very frustrated, as I have spent time progressing in the game and now cannot continue. I request that Zuuks Games urgently fix this error, provide an explanation for why it occurred, and ensure that players can once again access Career Mode without restrictions.
I expect a quick resolution so I can return to enjoying the game without further interruptions.
