I recently downloaded Bus Simulator Ultimate and after completing many trips, I managed to save enough money to finally bid for two buses in the second-hand market. I placed my bids, but since other players outbid me, I couldn’t win the auctions. Normally, in such cases, the money should return to my account. However, in this situation, my saved in-game money disappeared and was never refunded. All of my effort and time was wasted, and I feel very disappointed.
My frustration increased because this is not the first time I’ve noticed issues. Inappropriate ads frequently appear in the game, often showing adult content that is completely unsuitable for a game played by children and families. This is very disturbing and unacceptable. On top of that, the roads and routes are always the same, with no variety or realistic city details despite the game being on the market for years.
I request that my lost in-game money be refunded immediately, that inappropriate ads be removed from the game, and that new, more detailed roads and cities be added to improve the gameplay experience. Please take action to fix these issues and value the time and trust of your players.
