I Face Account Access Problem in Bus Simulator After Switching Devices

I have been playing Bus Simulator Ultimate on my Android device, but after switching to an iOS device I can no longer access my old account. My previous account was registered through Play Games, and whenever I try to log in on my iOS device I receive an error message saying “account not found.”
This is very frustrating because I had spent around ₺150 on that account, making in-game purchases via Play Code. Despite entering the same email address (e***************@gmail.com**) on my new device, the game does not recognize my account. So far, I have not been able to get any assistance since I haven’t contacted customer support directly through the game, and this situation has left me unable to enjoy the progress and purchases I invested in.
I kindly request that my old account be restored and synced to my iOS device, or at the very least, that the money I spent on the game be refunded. I expect Zuuks Games to take this issue seriously and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
