On August 5, 2025, I purchased a Crystal Shard Pack worth ₺463 in the game Marvel Contest of Champions through the in-game store on the Android platform. The payment was successfully processed and deducted from my account, but the purchased item was never added to my game account. My in-game username is Mrviktor36, and my order number is 0509.

I’ve experienced a similar issue before with the same application. So far, I haven’t contacted the in-game support team or customer service about this particular case.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the purchased product be credited to my game account without further delay.
