Zoom charged my credit card for a subscription without sending me any prior notification or warning. I was never informed about an upcoming renewal, and I definitely did not approve this charge. I haven’t even been using the service recently, so being billed out of the blue is unacceptable.
I reached out to Zoom’s virtual support agent and clearly explained that this was a violation of my rights as a customer. Instead of offering help or looking into the issue, they ended the conversation without resolving anything. This is not the kind of service I expect from a global company.
Zoom, I demand a full refund for the unauthorized subscription fee. You cannot take money from users without notice or consent. Take responsibility for this error and correct it immediately.
