HelloTalk Charged Me Annual Fee Instead of Monthly

I subscribed to HelloTalk expecting the monthly fee displayed in the app, which was ₺220. However, my Play Store was charged for an annual subscription instead, which I never agreed to because the app never mentioned the yearly price. I canceled the subscription through Play Store, but I still haven’t received a refund. This is unacceptable and misleading. I demand my money back immediately. If HelloTalk doesn’t process my refund promptly, I will file complaints with consumer protection authorities. HelloTalk must be transparent about pricing and honor the payment terms shown to users. This kind of deception must end to protect honest customers like me.
